We schedule an Evaluation of Care at your
convenience with no cost or obligation to you.
2. Meet Us
We meet together and conduct an Evaluation
of Care to assess your individual care needs and desires.
3. Make a Plan
Together, we create your personal care
plan and schedule of care services.
4. Start Your Care
When care starts, a Care Team Staff
personally introduces the care giver to the Client.
5.
Monitor Your Care
After care starts, and on a regular
basis, one of our Staff Persons comes to your home and
monitors the quality of care you are receiving from our
caregivers.
